Problems with logging in to Pint Please using Facebook?

Logging in to Pint Please with Facebook is not currently working. We are very sorry about this and are working with Facebook to find a solution. We assure you that ALL your Pint Please data is safe in our servers, no worries!
How to access your existing Pint Please account?
Follow these instructions if you already have a Pint Please account created via Facebook and are logged out.
You can access your existing Pint Please account using your email even though you might have created your account with Facebook. Here are the instructions:
- Open Me -view.
- Tap Sign in -link at the very bottom of the sign in options.
- Type your email address. Use the same address you use in Facebook.
- Forgot password? -link becomes active. Tap it.
- Tap Send link -button. You should get a popup saying that password reset link has been sent. If you get an error check your email address. If it is correct it might be that Pint Please does not have your email address. please contact info@pintplease.com for the support.
- Check your email and tap the reset password link.
- Create a new password for your Pint Please account.
- Open Pint Please and go to the Me -view.
- Tap Sign in -link at the very bottom of the sign in options.
- Enter your email address and the password you just created.

Note that you can log in to the Pint Please also using the Facebook after the Facebook login error has been fixed.
New user – How to create a Pint Please account?
Because creating the Pint Please account using Facebook is not currently working you need to create your account by Sign up via email. If you are an iPhone user you can use also the Sign in with Apple option.
