Die Stonewood Braumanufaktur zu Chemnitz hat auch ein IPA im Angebot. Der bernsteinfarbene, leicht trübe Trunk mit weichem Schaum versprüht ein richtig fruchtiges Aroma, das an Pfirsich erinnert. Im Geschmack zeigt sich der weiche 7,3-Prozenter ziemlich malzig und tief, wird bitter-herb im Abgang wie erwartet, ist vorne aber überraschend süßlich und malzig. Abwechslungsreiche Geschmackskomposition mit für ein IPA dezenter Hopfung.
