Ship Full of IPA 0.0% is our first non-alcoholic beer. We take the original 5.8% beer then use vacuum distillation we remove the alcohol. The sweetness of the malt means that this 0.0% retains a full body. We dry-hop for a second time with Amarillo, Citra, Cascade, Ella, and Galaxy. Magnum was used in the whirlpool.

Meripihkan punertava kirkas olut jossa kuohkea parin sentin beige vaahto pinnalla. Tuoksu melko mieto, kevyttä maltaisuutta ja kevyttä sitrusta hieman havaittavissa. Maku hieman laiha mutta karamellista mallasta, havuisuutta ja sitrusta siitä kuitenkin löytyy ja jäljessä mukava katkero. Yllättävän hyvä alkoholiton olut, jossa makumaailma on monipuolinen sekä juotavuudeltaan raikas ja hyvinkin tyypillinen Ipa.
