Blonde Genevoise tres agréable à boire pres du jet d eau !

Evening flight. Not ✈️ but 🍺🍺🍺🍺 😁 Beer 1/4. Translucent gold beer with a clean white, silky head that climbs one finger high. Fairly long retention guarantees a cute lace ring on the sides. The nose experiences faint nuances of cereal, grainy bread and lemon zest. The tongue tries to get hold of grainy bread, lemon pith and wheat malt. Wheat...? Whatever. Unfortunately, the flavors are truly vague and the body is skinny. The finish gives lemon with a bready twist but it turns a blanco page right away. The mouthfeel is watery, fresh, summery and undoubtedly characterless. Ticked and forgotten. (Oh, sh*t. I've had this before, didn't check. Looks like the experience is considerably less inviting this time...)
