En Ambar Caesaraugusta el trigo es el alma mater . El proceso de doble fermentación a alta temperatura le confiere turbidez natural, frescor y un punto especiado, consiguiendo una cerveza de trigo suave al paladar. Conserva el aroma dulce del cereal tostado, sin empañar los tonos frutales y un ligerísimo fondo ácido. Los pescados ahumados acompañan muy bien las cervezas claras de tipo ale y las del estilo pilsen, siempre con marcado amargor.
