Um die Verweildauer an der Promenade zu verlängern, war mir ein weiteres Weißbier ganz recht. Das Erdinger Kristall macht im Glas eine glasklare Figur. Mit stabilem, standfestem Schaum. Geschmacklich von durchtrinkbarer Eleganz, aber nicht mit erinnerungswürdigen Merkmalen. Spritzig ja, mit dezenter Hefe-Note ja, mit besonderem Charakter nein. Für einen Genußmoment dennoch ausreichend tauglich.
