Muddy rusty beer with rich, short carbonation builds a two-finger, snow-white, velvety head that shrinks gradually to a pretty lacing on top. The withdrawing foam leaves only a few vertical downpouring traces on the wall of the glass. The scent is relatively farmhousey with a tad horse stable, some straw and dry hay. The musty elements are accompanied by crackers and butter biscuit. Bitter orange tops up the fragrance with a fruity twist. The palate follows the fruity path: zesty lemon pulp, grapefruit juice, bitter orange peel and very remote pineapple, followed by a relatively farmhousey tang, especially horse stable and wet straw. The fruity side shakes hands with the musty elements. The body is light to light-medium. The beer ends with recognizeable light-bitter lemon peel, some dry hay as well as a tad butter biscuit. The aftertaste vanishes quickly from mouth. The mouthfeel is distantly tart, rather fresh but simultaneously also a little musty as well as light.
