Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.
Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.

Smell with cereal and citrusy aromas. Nice taste on the pine with cereal notes. We get a few grapefruit notes that are pretty hidden but come to life in the aftertaste. Nice little IPA, and it's good to taste a beer made only with Centennial hops! Not phenomenal but I'm happy I drank it.

Pours almost brilliant and light amber with a huge white head.
Aroma has bright citrus, pine, floral and dank notes. Some malty sweetness too.
Flavor starts with sparkling citrus, floral saturation turning to danky notes and some piney character. Medium sweet, lightly caramelly maltiness. The bitterness lingers wonderfully in the afthertaste getting quite strong but soft.
The mouthfeel is full, oily and soft with medium carbonation.
A classic from the past, something to compare other beers to. Balanced and delightfully soft beer by taste and mouthfeel. Especially the bitterness builds up very nicely and I love the danky notes.

A tous ceux qui rêvent de New-York, moi je rêve d’ici. Le plus bel endroit sur terre en été. Mais en hiver ce n’est pas en teste non plus.
(La bière vient d’un vol depuis NY, merci air france du coup)
