7,5% versio. Utuinen, kullankeltainen. Valkea vaahto. Tuoksu maltainen. Maku makea maltainen, siirappinen, hedelmäinen, melonia, mangoa ja appelsiinia. Hyvä olut.

The beer appears basically lucid. The tint is amber. The carbonation is not particularly wild but it manages to pump up a tall, cloud-white, fluffy head of four fingers. And that's pretty high. The retention is normal, and the foamy stack shrinks gradually to a billowy layer and paints the glass with multiple traces all over. The fragrance is malty and biscuity and surprisingly manageable. That means less sweet than I anticipate. The olfactory provision is even a tad bready and, overall, somewhat restrained. The gustatory supply follows the suit pretty well: not sweet but a moderate sweet twist. Malty? Check. Biscuity? Check. Bready? Mmm.... not really. Some fruity nuances can be picked, like cantaloupe, mandarin, blood orange and mango. Having said that, there's a sweet vibe here, I can't associate it with candi sugar. Maybe a small hint of invert syrup is what should be added to the list. The body is medium-full. No difference between the actual taste and the tail. Identical. And appealing. Where the turf meets the surf, down at old Del Mar; take a plane, take a train, take a car; there's a smile on every face and a winner in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is medium-full, soft, smooth, a tad intense, medium-deep, balanced. Not particularly demanding, rather gulpable. A solid piece.
