Ils sont bons ces suisses ! Y a pas grand choses dans le Jura, mais y a une bien belle brasserie en tous cas ! Ça me rappelle les IPAs que je buvais aux Pays-Bas

From yesterday (connectivity problems).
Relatively lucid beer with a bit of haze within. And the color is gold. A creamy head occupies the surface up to 1.5 fingers and clings tightly to the glass when retreating. A molten whipped-creamy lacing caps the beer's previous aromas for quite some time.
Lemon zest in the scent, escorted by a truly modest oat flake note. Otherwise, the fragrance is numb.
The taste is velvety and smooth, of course. The oaty element obviously works well here. Fruits, yes. Somewhat tropical, not really bitter citrusy at all. I can spot cantaloupe, honeydew, even a twist of honey, banana, lemonade and sweet clementine. Biscuit, a pinch of dough and lactose, as well.
The body is nice, medium-full at least. The end doesn't change the atmosphere worse, nor better. The aftertaste offers employment to my tastebuds on a longer term basis. I like that.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, velvety, smooth, a bit dry-hoppy but not particularly dry though. Lip-glueing, too. Quite a decent package.
