I have to say I don’t quite know what to make of this. It’s lightly malty that is grainy with just a touch of honey. Its lightly hoppy falls more towards the malty side. It just tastes a little watered down. Refreshing on this hot day but I was expecting more from a German beer. Not horrible but …... A little disappointed that my American beers were better.
The Weihenstephaner Helles is much better.
