Klare, hellgelbe Flüssigkeit. Mäßiger, recht flüchtiger Schaum. Riecht säuerlich-zitronig. Eher wässrig in der Konsistenz, dabei ordentlich Kohlensäure. Im Geschmack durchgehend eher säuerlich als herb und dabei etwas Grapefruit.
