Funny how things just happen 😁 Yesterday this classic Doppelbock reappeared to Alko and I was surprised that I hadn’t rated it. Then today forgot it but still stumbled on to this Paulaner glass in second hand store so had to take it to test immediately when realizing it. OK, not a Salvator glass but Paulaner still 😬 Solid classic Doppelbock with hefty and sweet caramel malts, toasted bread, fudge and dark fruits. Full bodied and warning. Mellow herbal and straw toned hops. Used to be in 0,5 L bottles but this smaller one is fine too 🍻

Todella pehmeän makuinen tuplapukki. Kevyen maltainen. Vahvuus maistuu sopivasti jälkimaussa. Hieno olut.
