Flight 3/4. Lucid, amber beer with a snow-white, tiny-bubbled head that falls short of half a finger's height and dissolves fairly soon to a frazil-icy lacing decorating the surface over medium duration. The fragrance is fruity and a tad floral. I find orange, mango and truly remote strawberry. The gustatory experience consists of soft grapefruit, a good dollop of lemon zest and a bit of dry hops. The finish lingers in the mouth for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is light, quite smooth and soft, slightly crisp and mouth-drying.
