Vahinko uusintamaustelu, mutta onneksi oli. Hiivaisuudesta ei enää ole tietoakaan, maku on raikas ja mukavan hedelmäinen. Ei ole liian hapan, lähentelee jopa berliner weisseä.

Kunnon sour. Sellaista vanhanajan Solero-jäätelön passionhedelmäistä makua sekä laktoosia joka luo vaniljajäätelön maun ainakin mielukuvituksen tasolla. En yleensä soureista välitä mutta tämä on hyvä.

Wow, smooth pour that gives an orange body that is so impossibly hazy and murky that it is almost swampy. Scents of intense passionfruit like a punch in the nose. After the intensity settles, bitter citrus can, be detected alongside funky mango before the passionfruit doubles back for another wallop. Mouthfeel is intensely sharp, with crisp carbonation following with lots of bubbles on the tongue. In a pleasant twist, once the bubbles pass, the medium body becomes very juicy, and the visual thickness becomes more realised. Taste plays out like a backbone of bitter lemon with a comparatively tame passionfruit note on top. The lemon quickly rises to the surface and pushes the passionfruit aside. The remaining notes are a mix of sweet citrus, lime and mandarin and the residual passionfruit puree. The taste lacks compared to the scent but this is still an excellent sour.

Kullankeltainen, samea olut puolentoista sormen vahvuisella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on hedelmää ja happamuutta. Olut on kevyt, hapokas, kuiva, kirpeä, hapan ja raikas. Mausta löytyy hedelmää, sitrusta ja maustetta. Mukavan kevyt ja raikas sour. Helppoa juotavaa. (5+7+3+8+14=37) 3,7
