Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head. Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo. Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.
IBU: 39
Hops: Amarillo, Brewers Gold, Saaz

Happy International Beer Day 2025! 🍻
This Blonde is dressed in a semicloudy amber color. The carbonation is vivid. A velvety head grows three fingers tall and melts gradually to a generous lacing on the surface. The withdrawing foam paints the glass with a few tiny splatters here and there.
Sweet-leaning malt, inverted syrup, biscuit, fermented banana, a floral touch and lemon zest constitute the olfactory concoction. Very style-obedient.
The tongue gets intense sweet-leaning malt, wheat biscuit, orange peel, a bit of grapefruit, distant fermented banana and grassy dry hops. Prominent esters. A faint floral hint dances in the background.
The body is light-medium. Well... I would have welcomed more since this clocks 8.5 %. The end is more bitter, citrusy and grassy than upfront.
Feels light-medium, floral, relatively strong, a bit tangy and Belgiany. Could easily go for a Tripel.
