Im Glas ein reines gelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. In die Nase kommt es leicht zitronig, leicht getreidig. Im Antrunk schmeckt es leicht nach Koriander, leicht getreidig. Abgang bleibt eine Herbe auf der Zunge, ist aber nicht zu bitter. Süffig ist es.

Instabile Schaumkrone. Leicht Trüb. Sehr würzig und herb für ein Keller. Minimal metallischen Beigeschmack. Krautig. Solides Gebräu. Trinkt mehr Bier 🍺, es möge wirken
