51 Roadkill IPA represents the traditional West Coast IPA style trend at its best. The beer includes five different hops which makes the taste not only hoppy but fresh too. The bitterness of 65 IBUs is balanced with sweet caramel malts that support the body of the beer and makes it pleasantly balanced. The end result is a beautifully amber, sweet-bitter IPA that is still easy to drink in the traditional Fat Lizard style.
