Rather foggy, honey-gold beer with zappy, effervescent, standard-duration carbonation creates a small-bubbled, snow-white head that exceeds one finger. The foamy cap descends rather rapidly to a frazil-icy lacing wafting on the surface. The retreating foam leaves no splatters on the glass. The nose gets stuffy wheat malt and a tad lemon peel. I also find a bit of toast and faint green grape. The palate displays strong wheat malt that bears also a relatively musty and closed character. Sour apricot, lemon peel and grapefruit pith make their way forward, seasoned with hefty yeast. Overall, quite locked and musty. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with rather pungent wheat malt with a sour nuance of apricot and a good amount of lemon peel. The yeast still disturbs the experience to some extent. The aftertaste lingers in the background for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is musty, a bit earthy, medium-crisp and slightly tart. It's also somewhat closed and pungent.
