#555 🇩🇪 Säuerlicher Einstieg, das Weizenmalz kommt kurz danach. Die Alkoholischen Noten im Mittelteil fügen sich sehr gut an. Im Abgang fruchtige Noten mit Banane und Dörrobst. Sehr guter Weizenbock.

Noniin ja tänään taas jatketaan tutuksi tulleella vehnäolut linjalla. Testissä Schneider Weisse weizendoppelbock. Väriltään tumman samea ja korkea vaahtoisuus. Jopa 3 sormen paksuinen vaahtokukka. Hyvin tuplapukin tai doppelbockin tyylinen. Vahva runko ja ”ottaa otteen” juojasta. Omenainen ja vähän käyneen makuinen ja tuoksuinen. Hyvin ipamainen ja korkeat katkerot vehnäolueksi. Ei omaan makuun. Jäi 1/3-osa juomatta. Se on harvinaista.

Das ist mal ein Weißbier nach meinem Geschmack, wenn auch mit über 8% Alk. hart an meiner persönlichen Grenze, (um nicht zu sagen, schon gewaltig darüber...) Das Bier schmeckt wie ein veritables IPA, die Weizennoten sind kaum mehr notierbar, stattdessen Mango und Banane, dem einzigen Hinweis auf ein Weizenbier. Schneider hat ja wohl noch mehr dieser Spezialtaps im Programm, und die sind hier in Dalian, China auch weitestgehend erhältlich. Ich werde also ein Weiterbildungsprogramm starten...
