Alright, the last drink at this watering hole. Oh my. No expectations. Clear gold is the hue. Standard. A neat, clean white, velvety head is formed on the surface. One finger and a half. Then it dissipates to a lovely lacing. The glass is left with thick curtains. I sniff the beer. I expect a clean profile. I thought first that I received diacetyl. It's not a sign of a clean profile. However, I 💛 diacetyl, so I'm almost excited. But. A big but! It's not diacetyl. It's sugar. What the f...? Not impressive at all. A bit of malt and a hoppy element in the air. Yeah, right! The gustatory supply elevates the sweet sugary side. The malt is impotent, biscuity and cerealy. And a bit diacetylic/butyric. Such an off-flavor is a plus in these circumstances. The hoppy side is weak but not nonexistent. Fruity. The description mentions «un accent sur la levure», that is yeast. I don't observe any yeast here. The body is thin to light. Light minus, not more than that. The finish is light-malty, follows pretty much on the known previous lines. The mouthfeel is light minus, fairly balanced, yet not entirely clean. Moderately crisp and refreshing. Bulky. The baseline experience is 2.0, the sweetness drops it to 1.5 but the diacetyl, even if marginal, gives a generous increase to 2.3. That's my final score.

Hanasta vivivalkealla vaahdolla kirkas oljenkeltainen juoma. Kevyesti humaloitu. Raikas kokonaisuus.
