Hyvä sitruksen maku tulee heti alkupuraisulla esiin. Hapokkuus on todella hyvä ja vahva. Isohkot prosentit pysyvät maussa hyvin piilossa. Väri samean ruskea. Kevyt pehmeä pintavaahto.
