Dark brown opaque color of course. Medium high dark chocolate colored head. Spicy chocolate aroma. Smooth creamy texture. Flavor is a deep cocoa chocolate, bittersweet. Only a very slight hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Not much carbonation. No evidence of alcohol. Only get the peppers during a lasting bittersweet chocolate finish. Not as powerful as most imperial stouts. You could probably enjoy several of these if that 8.1% didn't sneak up on you. Just so you know, yes, that can is printed upside down.
