La Peak Summer arrive avec les beaux jours. Bière blonde légère élaborée avec du houblon Mandarina Bavaria, du houblon Ekuanot en dry-hopping et du jus naturel de mandarine. De quoi se rafraîchir au soleil… Ou sous la pluie ! EBC : 6 IBU (amertume) : 24 %vol : 4 % Trop légère, acide, pas de rondeur, pas terrible du tout…

Légère et rafraîchissante. Finale pomme grany. élaborée avec du houblon Mandarine Bavaria, du houblon Ekuanot en dry-hopping et du jus naturel de mandarine Manque un peu de coffre pour moi. Ce qui en fait une bonne bière de soif🌞😎

👁 eingetrübt, strohgelb mit Schwebteilchen; grobporiger Schaum 👃🏻 Mandarinen lassen sich tatsächlich erahnen 👄 Ein frisches Sommerbier mit angenehmer Säure und einer Zitrusfruchtigen Aromatik (ohne Etikett hätte ich es nicht exakt auf Mandarine eingrenzen können). Ich habe natürlich den Zeitpunkt versaut: Gerade ist das Gewitter durch und die Hitze des Tages ist verflogen. Vor ein paar Stunden wäre es ideal gewesen.
