Crisp, light and balanced with aromas of pine, guava, melon and white grape. The nature of Simcoe hops pairs wonderfully with the passionfruit notes from Mosaic. Refreshing finish and very sessionable.

Distinctive Cascade nuances by way of pine and grapefruit. Hints of blueberry and papaya and a noticeable bitterness. Pleasant, but nothing special.
