A beer of the land earthy and crisp, sweet and dry refreshing and boozy. Brewed with Continental malts noble hops, lots of beetroot. Belgian Abbey yeast and then matured for five weeks

It’s a bit tart/dry, but with a mellow beetroot aftertaste. Not as red as I’d expected it to look. Cool can design
