Fruit and haze

Day 22 Advent Calendar 2020 A completely new style of beer for me. They’ve defo gone for maximum abbreviations with the style DDH TIPA. So is it all style and no substance? It works. I’m struggling to describe what is swishing about in my mouth, yea it’s quite magical really. A real strong alcohol hit in the first mouth, that softens out into a smooth oaty creaminess with slight sweet fruity tones. There’s a lot going on here and it would’ve been nice easy for these flavours to get lost or be masked by the others but it doesn’t. It hits the nail on the head!
