Lager is conditioned in tank for 8 weeks, a lot longer than pale ales are. It was brewed using a bottom fermenting yeast, which helps to keep the focus on malt and hops by reducing the amount of aroma imparting by-products, as the conditioning and fermentation temperature are low.
