At my son's house for a fabulous family Easter day. Getting ready for a competitive game of croquet. This mild milk stout has maple, coffee and vanilla. Sounds delicious. Poured with a solid head it lasted a couple of minutes. Strong Maple aroma with a roasted nutty trait. The texture is not very heavy, has a soft lactose quality. The chocolate is of the Hershey variety. Roasted coffee, along with the almost burnt hazelnut and maple is well balanced. As the finish arrives, it turns moderately dry. Overall, it's a pretty good brew.

Doing another no IPA Sunday. This is listed as a “milk stout breed with coffee and maple”. Has a medium coffee with an equal amount of a maple syrup taste. Also has that sweet lactose taste expected from a milk stout. Also add in some very light vanilla and a nutty aspect to it. Overall it seems to be more like a super sweet brown ale. The coffee gives it some bitterness but the rest just adds a lot of sugary sweetness
