Hippie Ki Yay! Splitty Westy is a really big West Coast DIPA hopped with Motueka hops from New Zealand. The caramelly malt body and high level of alcohol is balanced out with crispy bitterness. Motueka gives the beer a fresh citrusy nose with a herbal backbone.

VÀhÀn työlÀs nautittava. YlikypsÀn hedelmÀn makua, vahvaa katkeroa, greippiÀ, pihkaa ja yrttisyyttÀ. VÀhempikin olisi jotenkin riittÀnyt. Sokerina pohjalla, hermesetas in the end, on tietty vielÀ isot prosentit jotka maistuvat pistÀvÀnÀ alkona maussa. Ei lÀmmittÀnyt mieltÀ.

Ihan OK, mutta vÀhÀn yksitoikkoinen ja vaisu. Mallasvetoinen ja karamellinen. Katkerot ja hedelmÀisemmÀt aromit jÀÀvÀt vÀhÀn piippuun. Huomaa ettÀ ollut hetken tölkissÀ. Noh menee vapaaillasta nauttiessa saunan jÀlkeen, mutta ei tarvitse arvioida pidempÀÀn. West Coast tupla IPA:lta odotan aina vÀhÀn enemmÀn.
