2021 Christmas Advent Beer Day 15 Playing catch up. It’s the 16th but my booster jab knocked me for six yesterday and I couldn’t drink this. Anyway, new brewery for me. Nice beer. Good example of a dry stout, lots of roast malts, hints of astringency and bitterness. Flavours develop and mellow as the beer warms. Easy drinking stuff.
