This last can was stronger than I remember. For an extra kick leave on the beer rack to mature…maybe. Depth of flavour from the tonka bean, sweetened by the maple and a sharpness courtesy of the ginger.

I absolutely love ginger so this is straight off the bat an amazing beer. That said. It's not fiery ginger it's perfectly balanced with the Tonka beans
