Comme une IPA anglaise au sureau.
C'est bien hazy comme une NEIPA, avec des saveurs fruitées. Le sureau apporte une touche sucrée et une texture un peu épaisse.
Le résultat est juste excellent.
Les rosbeef savent brasser des bonnes bières. Thanks for all.
