Althea
4.8% Session IPA
Althea is a modern hazy American Pale Ale. Unlike many pales, Althea is low on bitterness, yet massively hoppy on the aroma. Named after one of our head brewer’s favourite Grateful Dead songs; Althea is a beer that can be enjoyed by the pint or by the glass!
IBU: 48
Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe

Straw coloured pour and a thick fluffy head. Smooth and thick mouthfeel, with a citrusy flavour. Slightly alcoholic aftertaste, and a hint of soapiness brings it down a peg, but not a bad hazy IPA. Judge’s label: Would have another
