Our new westy is dry, zesty and piney, with the perfect touch of stone fruit. It’s a modern take on the classic West Coast style with a lower ABV than its US counterparts. We’ve used a classic combo of hops for the piney & resinous character that we love, plus a healthy dose of El Dorado to bring some tropical notes for a floral & refreshing edge.
