The first of May deserves beer in the pub as sun shines in the afternoon. Bright golden yellow beer with thin white foam on top. Scent is typical to ipa, i.e. hops, citruspeel and resin. Taste is more bitter than sweet. Flavors of passionfruit, grapefruit peel and lime too, resin taste is bitter andd long. Really nice india pale ale, recommended.

Ganska ljus hazy i färgen. Bra krona vid upphäll. Fräsch doft av humle och frukt. Fruktiga smaker med bra beska och humleton. God.
