This delicious sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Passion fruit, mango, and pineapple puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a fruity finish that is balanced with sea salt. Papi Mango is hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace and malted with pale, wheat and oats.

Olut on väriltään utuisen keltainen ja vähä vaahtoinen olut. Tuoksu on mehuisan mangoinen, ananaksinen sekä, lievästi hapan. Maku on semi hapan, mangoinen, ananaksinen sekä hivenen suolainen. Maussa myös passion hedelmää. Kesäisen mehuisan helppo Souri.

Tölkistä suoraan, habitus jäi näkemättä mutta maku oli melko imelä. Oluisen ja hapanimelän yhdistelmä mutta ihmeellisen hyvä silti.
