This is Fiskars's baseline mixed fermentation brew. Interesting to assess this one. Another interesting feature is linked to the appearance: mine looks relatively misty, deep orange. Some Pinters have had a brilliant clear batch. 🤔 The carbonation is unexpectedly rich provided the emerging head reaches mere one finger and settles fast down. The nose doesn't observe much: weak wheat malt, orange and lemon. The taste is brisk and rich but not particularly ample: white wine, green grape, lemon, peach, green gooseberry and wheat malt. Wild yeasts are detectable though not intensive. All in all, very balanced and approachable. The body is light. The end is citrusy and wheaty with a farmhousey hint. The sensation left on the tongue is light, zesty, moderately tart, only marginally puckering and slightly funky. A bit dry and drying plus rich and modestly vinous. Balanced for sure. Quite a solid example of the mixed fermentation cohort.
