The smooth wheat base and pillowy yeast give an excellent foundation upon which the Austrailan and American hops can shine.

First of all, this pub has undergone a renovation with more space and new beers on the list now. 👍🏻
The beer is turbid, deep yellow. Carbonation is cheerful as it produces a fluffy cloud-white head that shoots three fingers high. Long retention indeed! The foamy crown remains on the top for substantially long and sprays the rim of the glass with dense ornaments.
Wheat malt is powerful in the scent, no doubt about it. Grapefruit peel, whitepepper, yeast and dry grass join the monologue. Somewhat bitter is the olfactory provision.
The tongue picks hefty drying grapefruit peel and pith, loads of bitter wheat malt, whitepepper and a much smaller injection of yeast this time. Like a Hefeweizen and an American Wheat Beer colliding.
The body is medium to medium-full. And that surprises me positively. The finish is bitter citrusy and yeasty. Take the aftertaste down to the paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty, take it home.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, frothy, crisp, pithy, somewhat dry and drying. A big hand for the body but otherwise just alrightish, goes down but no need for a refill.
