Light and crisp Pilsner Very slightly, hoppy finish Nice easy beer to drink

I can never pass up an opportunity to find a new and delicious quality pilsner, so I was excited to see one I hadn't had. I am a little nervous as I pour it, a very pale straw colour leaves me imagining a beer lacking in substance. It sports a bright foamy loosely packed head. A fairly floral aroma with sort of hints of pear maybe. Some very mild spicy hops notes. Sadly, in my opinion, mouth feel is very thin and so is the taste. The malt profile is very mild but the hops while mild are quite tasty. They are a little floral, maybe chamomile, and have a bit of spiciness to them but quite restrained. I kinda want to describe the hops as frilly or perfumy, but that's not really accurate and gives a bad impression. They do balance the brew perfectly though and make sense for the style. I have the distinct impression that this is a beer some would review as "easy drinking" (sorry, they all are.) Or "good on a hot day." (Again they all are) maybe even "a quaffable beverage for when you just want to down a few" (do I even need to say it). In summary it's not bad, it's just too mild for me. Bonus points for interesting hops. Good easy drinking beer for when you want a few on a hot day!
