Second flight 2/4. The beer wears a fully impenetrable, straw dress. The emerging head is pure white, dense and voluminous. Retention is absurdly long. Like forever. The nose picks carambola, pineapple and lemon zest. Fruity. Straightforward though. The tongue likes pineapple, lemon, carambola, fresh-grassy hops and powerful wheat malt that supports the medley. The body is light. The finish twists toward a fruity Witbier with bags of wheat malt, citruses, pineapple and hops. Not bad at all. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, a bit tropical, relatively soft and smooth. It's also summery and obviously a good thirst quencher.
