The moment you open a beer from Untitled Art, your mouth prepares for a fabulous experience. Their track record with me has been exceptionally high. Rocky Road plus 11% sounds like a winner. From the can it did not seem as thick as expected. Small head that does not last, quickly has nothing left on the surface. Aroma is awesome! Sweet confection sugar, whiffs of maraschino cherries, cocoa and a liqueur alcohol fragrance. So soft and velvety smooth texture. Abundance of flavor in the first sip. Creamy with soft marshmallow, dark dark chocolate. This chocolate is the hard crust topping of my mother's brownies, it's even followed by the distinct taste of walnuts that she would add. All this along with an ever-present sweet liqueur alcohol, like syrup on ice cream. There is no beginning middle and finish. All these flavors are smooth and consistent and complementary and just slides along till it's time for the next sip. Excellent beer.

Tuoksu: Tuoksuu aivan vaniljajäätelöltä, missä ripaus kaakaota. Vaahtokarkkia ja aivan käsittämättömän pehmeä. ---- Maku: Kuin joisi Rocky Road-jäätelöä. Siellä on vaniljajäätelöä, löytyy kaakaota ja myöskin vaahtokarkkia. Onhan tämä erittäin makeaa, mutta tälleen jälkiruokana toimii loistavasti. Parin hörpyn jälkeen manteli tulee selkeästi esille. Tämä on juuri sitä mitä panimo lupaa eli stout, mikä maistuu Rocky Roadilta, joten silloin tämä on onnistunut olut. Hienosti tehty jälkiruokaolut.

Ripauksenverran maitokahvinväristä vaahtoa erittäin tummanruskean hiukkasen valoaläpipäästävän oluen yllä joka tuoksuu makean kaakaoisen alkoholisen vaniljaiselle ja maistuu tummasuklaisen katkeran paahteisen makean vaahtokarkkisen vaniljaisen veikeälle, tässä katkeruus komppaa makeutta silleen passelisti, et ei oo liian katkera mut ei liian magiakasn vaik on kumpaakii, tää vaan toimii!
