Goût pris d’assaut par la framboise surette. Bon en petite quantité.

The bright red color, and fruity sour notes make this beer a compelling sour, but relatively standard simultaneously. It was enjoyable, but lacked the interest that other beers from the brewery possessed.

Nice ruby colour when poured, bit of settlement. Surprisingly has a quite sweet and fruity aroma. Mouthful is sharp and refreshing. Strong sour taste is complemented quite nicely but the sweetness of the raspberries. Sometimes berry sours have an overpowering sourness, this one is nicely balanced as it leaves a pleasant berry/fruity aftertaste 👌
