Sharp. Fizzy. Bit weak-tasting. Watery. I saved this one and am actually a little disappointed. But part of that might be from being stuck in a very busy Stratford-upon-Avon basin for the night because of stupid ice cream boats blocking you from turning round your giant 66ft boat that you got as a replacement for the normal-sized, easily-manouverable one that unfortunately the fucking SKEG fell off of. It's a medium dry.

Lovely apple aroma and flavour. Full bodied, tasty and refreshing cider.

Un cidre vieilli en fût ! Couleur étonnamment claire, très peu pétillant et sans mousse. Au nez, on sent bien la pomme, un peu d'acidité et surtout du boisé. En bouche, on retrouve le fruit, des arômes de raisin, de cognac, de vin cuit et de bois. Le tout légèrement acidulé avec une très belle longueur. 😍
