A gentle, toffee-like beer with Finnish malts flavoured with peat. Cold-fermented on ale yeast and matured for 6 months on French oak chips, giving balanced peaty and sweeter vanilla notes. The 2022 vintage beer is a beautiful coppery yellow with a sweet, mild, smoky and earthy aroma reminiscent of forgotten beer styles. Best enjoyed on its own or with a sweet dessert. Packaged in a 0.33 litre bottle, it is perfect for sharing over the long winter nights or as a gift.
