Going no IPA today. Starting on the light side or so I thought. This is surprisingly hoppy. In fact, a bit over the top so from a herbal hops perspective. Clean and crisp. No real fruity aspects to it. Hints of a crackery malt that is overwhelmed by the hops. Overall I really liked it since I really like hoppy beers. Does it follow the true Kolsch style - no.
