A dark traditional ale. Fresh malty aroma, full bodied in taste with chocolaty flavours, a refreshingly hoppy finish.

This is a cracking drink, especially considering the weather. It has a nice malty aroma, a creamy mouthfeel with a nice malty taste, and a subtle chocolate tang with an almost coffee note. There is a slight bitter finish, but it is enjoyable. Overall, it is a smooth and easy-drinking session ale. Hopefully, I will get to try it again on a cooler day.
