Very dark color. Very carbonated with big bubbles. Nice foam head. Smell with vanilla notes, and chocolate. We can also find some maple syrup, fig and chestnut notes. In the mouth it is very gentle, we got vanilla, maple syrup and fig notes. At the end of the mouth we got some chestnut notes with roasted coffee notes. It is very smooth, we don't feel the high alcohol degree (9%). It is quite complex and meanwhile somehow balanced. I'm happy to add this one to my list!

🎄🎄 Has a vanilla, maple syrup, dark fruit with a slightly nutty taste to it. Definitely on the sweet side. This one has a little boozy taste to it. Overall pretty good but not one to pound.
