Brewed using locally grown Maris Otter Barley, whole flower hops. Amber in colour with a refreshing fruity nose and citrus hints. A smooth, soft rounded finish. Brewed exclusively for Marks and Spencer by Woodfordes Brewery.

A really quite tasty bitter from an unlikely source. Well done M&S. Great colour but the head is a bit weak.

Pleasant for a bottled bitter. Not a strong after taste but palatable especially with a good cheddar sandwich.

A good, simple, thoroughly decent beer. Bitter without being unpleasant and malty without being heavy. Nothing flashy about it. A lovely casual treat.
