Aroma: coffee, caramel and walnut. Mouthfeel is quite sweet, smooth, balanced, good rich body and still very easy to drink for 15% Imperial Stout. Taste: coffee, caramel, sweetness, chocolate, vanilla and walnuts. Aftertaste is dry. Coffee and walnuts. A nicely balanced beer, but by no means amazing. I have heard so much good about this brewery that I was hoping for even more. I need to find more stout from Bang The Elephant.
